ABOUT 

 

 

My name is Joseph Dawson IV and I am passionate about video and audio production. 

 

Graduated from Oral Roberts University with a B.S. degree in multimedia production and a minor in theology. I currently reside in North Charleston, South Carolina. 

 

While at ORU, I was apart of the Multi-Media Institute which is a yearlong multimedia program for the top juniors each academic year. In addition to participating in the Multimedia Institute, I worked on the following projects:

• Homecoming Alumni Banquet 2013 – Single Camera Operator

• ORU Coaches Show – performed functions of video engineer, assistant director, audio engineer, computer graphics, and technical director

• Tour Guide – HDTV Studio

• Women’s Luncheon – Single Camera Operator

• Cooke Pictures Promotional Video – Grip and talent for promotional video

• Spring Dance Recital – Camera Operator

• 48 Hour Film Festival – Director, Short Film

• Ignite Conference – Jib Operator

• ORU Telenews – performed duties of director, assistant director, technical director, stage manager, camera operator, CG, Audio Engineer, prompter, and shading to produce weekly campus news program.
